Ntando Phindile Zamashandu Mbatha is a South African author, historian, researcher and heritage practitioner whose work explores identity, heritage and untold histories.

Originally from uMnambithi (Ladysmith), her writing is deeply influenced by the cultural traditions and historical narratives that shape the communities she comes from.

Through poetry, research and storytelling, Ntando creates a space where overlooked voices and forgotten histories can be heard.
